Good Reviews

Positive feedback can really make your day. My company just received it’s first review - 5 Stars. Here it is:

Kyle recently completed a corner marker and property line survey for my 10 acre property in Pilot Hill. Not only did he have the best price, he provided amazing service! He was quick and professional with his replies to my questions. He explained everything thoroughly and in a way I understood, and he is intent on doing the job right. My property isn't the easiest to walk, with plenty of slopes and thickets. Kyle still managed to identify the corners and mark the property lines quickly and efficiently! He had a smile the entire time, too! The property lines are well marked and easy to follow (for me and the fencers!!!).

I highly recommend Kyle Brook and Confluence Land Surveying!

My favorite part is the bit about me smiling. It was a hard, hot day, with a lot of work to do. I enjoyed every minute of it. I’m not sure if I enjoy working hard, doing a job that needs doing, doing a good job, or all three. But I was on cloud nine at the end of the day. Sweaty, exhausted, socks full of burs, but in a great mood. Years of doing less and less field work, managing others, and wanting to get back to the real hard survey field work have culminated with me owning my own business, and doing the job from start to finish. When I get to survey, it’s a pretty sweet gig. When I am blogging to lay down a bunch of words that Google or Bing or AskJeeves will want to see so I can get more business - it’s a little less fun. I do like shouting into my own little corner of the bottomless pit of largely useless information that is the internet… sometimes. Not always. Not with a goal of getting more clicks. It’s a bad reason to write. It forces you to think in searchable keyword terms, to use phrases that would be better put together by ChatGPT. Should I get a survey, how to find a surveyor, land surveyors who do residential work, these phrases get crammed in to an otherwise okay blog post and make the point of this whole thing blatant. Should I be more subtle? To that I say: Licensed Land Surveyor in El Dorado County.
